Our approach to experiential learning is to provide the facilitator
or nominated leader with all of the information and materials
to enable a group to set up a learning activity.
Our experientials are based
on real world experiences and enable the team to share in
the learning simulation, debrief the situation, learn and
transfer the learnings back into the workplaces as the basis
for ongoing experimentation and improvement.
